How to Submit Documents
Submit all required transcripts, test scores, and any other required documentation by the document deadlines.
The Office of Admissions does not accept composite transcripts. In this context, composite transcripts are transcripts issued by one institution but contains courses taken at another institution. In these cases, students MUST submit final, official transcripts from BOTH institutions.
To expedite processing, please inquire with your sending institution for information in regards to electronic transcript submission. Electronic transcripts must be sent from the institution directly to CSUEB for them to be considered official. Electronic transcripts that originate from the student's personal email address will not be accepted, those are unofficial. Institutions may send electronic transcripts to electronictranscripts@csueastbay.edu.
Hard copy official transcripts, test scores, and admission documents in their original sealed, unopened envelopes, may be mailed to:

Any transcripts received in an open or tampered envelope will be considered unofficial.
Some majors may require transcripts or other admission documents to be submitted earlier. Check departmental websites for details.
