Undergraduate Business Programs

The Undergraduate Program at the College of Business and Economics (CBE) uses a leading-edge curriculum and a customizable approach to business education. The college offers a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA), Bachelor of Science in Economics, Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Analytics and Bachelor of Science in Business Analytics degree programs. The BS degree in Business Administration also has an online completion program available to transfer students. With support from professors and counseling staff, students choose an area of concentration that corresponds to their desired careers, as well as business elective courses to further tailor their programs of study

B.S. IN BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION

The B.S. in Business Administration (BSBA) is structured around core classes that develop comprehensive business perspectives and skills. The curriculum covers a wide range of knowledge from Global Economic Analysis, to Financial Management, IT Management, Marketing Principles, and Strategic Business Management. The program provides students with 9 concentration options including:

Online B.S. in Business Administration Degree Completion

ONLINE B.S. IN BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION DEGREE COMPLETION PROGRAM

Available to Transfer Students only
The online BSBA degree completion program is designed for busy working adults who want to complete their degree at their own pace. The curriculum provides various concentrations for students to choose from including Accounting, Finance, General Management, Human Resources Management & Organizational Behavior, Information Technology Management (ITM), and Operations and Supply Chain Management. Transfer students who have completed required courses are eligible for this program. Being in this program, you can receive the same dynamic education and walk away with the same diploma as if you were taking classes on campus.

B.S. IN ACCOUNTING AND ANALYTICS

This program is aligned with the 2024 CPA Exam and designed to provide students flexibility in their accounting career path. BSAA combines traditional core accounting courses and technology-based analytics courses to prepare you with the knowledge and skills needed to pursue either a CPA career (business analysis and reporting, tax compliance and planning, or information systems and controls) or a non-CPA (governmental, non-profit, or private industries) career.

B.S. IN ECONOMICS

The B.S. in Economics program introduces students to a core of economic theory and quantitative methods. Focusing on hands-on problem solving and using case studies, the program teaches students how to use the economic way of thinking to better understand the economic events taking place on the global stage. The program also gives students the flexibility to choose among a variety of upper-division electives to tailor the curriculum to their personal and career interests.
