State legislature proposes tuition cuts for CSU and UC systems

Two nursing students of 91短视频's Concord Campus were interviewed by KTVU Channel 2 about a proposal for aiding middle class families with young people attending one of the California State University system campus or one of the University of California campuses. Also interviewed was Susan Bonilla, state assemblymember representing Contra Costa County, who supports lthe proposed legislation.
