***NOTE: THIS IS A JURIED SHOW! THIS MEANS ONLY ELIGIBLE ARTWORKS WILL BE SELECTED TO BE IN THE EXHIBITION BY A LOCAL ART PROFESSIONAL, AS THE GUEST JUROR. (JUROR TBD)
IMPORTANT DATES: 2025 Annual Juried Exhibition(Apr.8 - May 2, 2025)

March 14 - Online google submission forms and artwork images due on Friday by Midnight

March 18 & March 19 - Physical drop offs in the University Art Gallery, 12-5pm

March 21 - March 23 - Guest Juror Review/ Scholarship Selection

March 24 - Acceptance emails to participating students from the University Art Gallery email by 12pm

March 25 - 26 - Artworks NOT SELECTED BY JUROR NEED TO BE PICKED UP, 12-4PM IN UNIVERSITY ART GALLERY

March 24 - 29 - EXHIBITION INSTALLATION WEEK(Gallery Closed to public)

April 8 - Exhibition opens

April 15 - Exhibition Awards ceremony, 5:30 - 8pm, Awards ceremony begins at 6pm

May 5 & 6 - Artwork pickups, 12-4pm (ALL ARTWORK MUST BE PICKED UP ON THESE DAYS)

DOCUMENTATION FOR SUBMISSIONS:
We know that at this time you may not have the best documentation, please supply the best quality documentation you can. That can be process oriented documentation and/or documentation of the final artwork. You can include detail shots of work as well — please note that they are detail shots in the file name.
IMAGE REQUIREMENTS
- File size: 1920 pixels at the longest dimension (ex. 1920x1080)
- Save as jpeg at 72dpi.
- Save the file with Artists name / corresponding image number (example: JaneDoe_1.jpg or JaneDoe_2.jpg)
*If there is a specific order in which the work should be displayed, please number your images accordingly.
All images should have the following information included in the email and be properly labeled(example: JaneDoe_1.jpg) with corresponding file number:
- Title
- Medium
- Size
- Date (year completed)
- Is the work in process or completed?
OTHER NEEDED INFORMATION: Please include this information in your email with correctly labeled jpgs.
