Yoga with Garima
This class will go beyond the physical aspect of the body and will help you sharpen your sensitivity towards more subtle levels of existence. It will be a combination of gentle and vigorous yogic postures, powerful breathing techniques, and simple tools for relaxation and guided meditations. This class is suitable for everyone – especially beginners.‘Yoga is a discipline that opens the door to inner freedom.’
Yoga with Xan
Move through postures set with an intention to explore and expand one's inner landscape. Use each breath with purpose to calm and support the body, while building strength and flexibility that trains the nervous system to handle challenges and break through roadblocks. This class is intermediate intensity designed for all levels of practice.
Zumba with Suleima
Zumba® is an aerobic fitness program featuring movements inspired by various styles of Latin American dance and performed primarily to Latin American dance music.
"When students take my class, my goal for them is to feel energized by staying active through dance. Seeing students having fun while dancing reminds me that being active can be easy and fun because everyone's danced before.
